I like that you don't edit out when you have to pause or when you have to restart a sentence again, makes it seem more natural like someone just telling a story. I work nights and these stories are nice to listen to during that time, especially with the rain sound.

I know you've gone over it before, but I have to hear words like that multiple times before they are fully comprehended. And some very, very great stories. I actually really appreciated that second story, it kind of reminds me of stories you hear from crime scene cleaners. And the point they made about debt collectors was a good one; I have a theory that many ghosts/cryptids/superstitions/supernatural events have a foundation that's much more based in conventional reality that stems initially from more mundane, but practical life advice (don't go in the woods because you could get lost and die, don't go near the lake because you could fall in and drown, don't walk under a ladder because it could fall and injure you). As time passes and the same events keep happening and human memory warps and distorts, the mundane, practical events warp into ghost stories and other, more fantastical events. For this particular iteration, "don't rent an accident property" stems from the practical "people who caused that person to die might come after you" or "the place burned and even after renovations still isn't all that structurally sound" and becomes "there be ghosts." Plus, I know for me personally, that would be the advice that would give me pause on any given accident property. The place is cheap because there are ghosts? All right, bet, I'm about as spiritually sensitive as a brick wall. The place is cheap because someone couldn't pay Debt Collector Dave and now he's angry? NOPE.

I mean... people die traumatically EVERYWHERE. You'd never know about it in most cases if you hadn't been there when it happened. And people tend to die wherever they spend the most time... so it's not surprising at all for people to die at their home or workplace. I guess I just don't see the point of trying to avoid such places. I'd rather just address any activity there may be and help whatever energies that are there to move on.

I can relate to a few things there. One day, I saw on my kitchen wall, a long black hair clinging to the wall. It was about 40cms long. Idk anyone with such hair. I live alone & others who come here don't have long black hair. I forgot about it. When I remembered days later, I went to remove it, but it was no longer there. I have also experienced a few times, ghostly footsteps inside my bedroom. I was lying in bed, facing the wall. I did not dare turn around to look. Another time, I felt a hand caress my cheek. I looked around the room but saw no one. I was alone in the lounge room. This is all true about the haunted house I grew up in. So many more stories to tell if anyone's interested. In another place I'd lived in, I laid down for a rest. The next thing I heard was a woman's voice, as if speaking to someone else across the room saying "Let her sleep." I immediately sat up, looked around but saw nothing. It went from bad to worse after that.

I'm thinking of buying a home over in Japan. Being a psychic shaman, it's easy to feel the surrounding atmosphere. The body may be dead, but the spirit and soul will stay. Being stuck in between living and dead. I like to listen to the history of the place and people who use to live there.
