With God there are no coincidences. What a beautiful talk and great reminder to listen and obey the sweet whisperings of the spirit.

A wonderful, inspirational address. I, too, appreciate the blend of doctrine and humor Brother Parker uses. Thanks for a good way to start my Sabbath day!

When I was going through these BYU talks and saw your picture I just had to listen to see what your good message was for me. Many years ago I was in one of your classes in Tucson at the Institute. You were one sharp and spiritual teacher that I needed at that time of my life. I had to see if you were the same as I remembered. YOu didn't fail me this time or in the years gone passed. Yes, you still talk as fast as you did then!!! But the Spirit seems to guide you still and I am so pleased in that you haven't changed. Your voice and message brought back many memories. Thanks for taking the talents the Lord gave you and doubled them. I was in your class, around 1994-5 and my last name was Andes at that time. I was probably the oldest in the class as in one month I will be 80 years old. Anyway, it was good seeing you ago even if your talk was 8 years ago. Truth is truth no matter how old the message is. May God continue to bless you to teach with the Spirit and help so many others as you did for me so many years ago. Cissy Andes Jordan

Thanks for sharing...love the parallelisms of Jesus (Joshua is Hebrew name) and Moses, which I found this video while "searching" on Jesus turning water to wine in #John2 and Moses turning water to blood in #Exodus7...the Bible has so much symbolisms and indepth teachings on life...keep seeking through His Word...amen!

Not by might nor by power but by my spirit says the Lord. What is the true meaning of the vision in Zechariah 4? It isn't two prophets.

[John 14:2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. **this is the original verse where you got it from in the Bible... your Book of Mormon copies many things from the Bible, then say it's God's word In Your book ...blasphemy!
