I think Bret was not strong enough. Her goal was to filibuster and not answer any direct questions and totally drive the anti-Trump narrative to her benefit. Not engaging in commonly understood communication etiquette by responding w/answers to questions is disrespectful by itself. The Premise was not to come on the show and have free rain to do a political commercial on Fox bashing Trump and side stepping any accountability on her behalf. I think for her campaign, it was perceived as a win. She managed to get away without answering any direct questions and she was able to reinforce the anti-Trump fear agenda. that’s all she has. That’s all they got so that’s one point for them. For Brett and the fox Network that’s one last point for them for letting it happen

Not sure of your meaning. Most are concerned - The qualities a president is required to exhibit and require a range. Many are concerned that she is too vulnerable. I think that the experts are missing the forest for the trees on this one, parsing her every word and gesture. She sounded competent, presidential, not wordy, convoluted, stilted, and this was an obvious difference. I have no problem with "contentious" interviews from either side, and am not surprised that the somewhat confrontational nature of it actually helped her. Halperin thinks that this interview will make no difference, but perception of competence is the whole ballgame. Speaking of which, half of the American population doesn't seem to notice that Trump doesn't even understand many of the questions that he is posed, so ill-informed is the man. Or, they think that this doesn't matter. It's almost nihilistic.
