This is a simple, 6 exercise circuit with The TRX Suspension Trainer.
If you want to do the full workout:
Set a timer for 35 minutes
Do as many rounds as you can in 35 minutes, resting 1 minute every time you complete all 6 TRX movements.
You'll definitely get a pump going on, and you'll end up with a number of rounds to beat!
