Great ideas! 👍👍 One thing, as a Retired Auto Mechanic, I still have a nasty habit of torquing everything down... I gotta remember that tip. Also, on that O-Ring Cap, I use Teflon Tape on the threads. Overkill maybe, but if you're going to leave the Cap a little loose, it might keep it from backing out. It does help seal. 😉 I already know I overtighten those Caps... on all my Shocks. I'll have to rethink that! Thanks! You taught this old Dog new tricks. Carmine 🚂🚙

Share this with Traxxas “tech support”. I wasted an hour talking with them yesterday, trying to get them to understand this very issue, and they didn’t have a clue. After an hour of insults and stupidity, I realized two things. First, the support team at Traxxas is clueless. Second, they are not there to support their customers, they are there to convince you that you are an idiot, and nothing could possibly be wrong with their product. Sorry if I sound just a tad pissed with them, but that’s exactly how it went, and I will share my experience at every opportunity. Thank you so very much for sharing this information about this problem, and how to fix it. I only wish I had come across your video before wasting my time, dealing with “customer support” at Traxxas........ are you paying attention Traxxas ??
