I been doing this from past few weeks. I wake up everyday at 8:30 even when I'm sleeping at 2-3 in the morning. Didn't knew the science behind it, saw this video today I'm so amazed by it. Hoping to get quality sleep in upcoming weeks ✨✨

@luke your guidance has help me through my IBS problem. I've under gone open heart surgery in 1955 and have multiple medical history as well. I'm 43, past 15 days I'm highly alert in my sleep. I don't feel I slept at all after sleeping for 8hrs or more. My sleep schedule is over tbe place. How do I get rid of alertness in the sleep. Please help.
