Two very different platforms but if I have to choose Portswigger all the way

Tryhackme is awesome. Definitely learnt a ton and still am. They seem to be quite cognizant of how to make learning fun and effective. I will 100% use portswigger a ton more when I start to narrow in a bit more towards web-app pentesting. Awesome content! :)

That sounds like a good strategy

Hi there. Great video congrats. I’m happy with tryhackme but s as you say, those tracks are highly generalised as opposed to portswigger when it comes to web. Throwing another platform in the mix, how do you like cybrary. Do I get the impression they’re more comprehensive than THM?

I used Cybrary way back in the day when it was all free content. I haven't tried it in recent years though and I know it has changed a lot. I'll look into it

cybrary is awesome, i think the comparism should be between similar platforms though. Portswigger is specific to web and api security. THM is a general cybersecurity platform. stick to both, it doesn't hurt.

Absolutely! Defcon is great. And it's an awesome opportunity to meet other hackers and network with people

The Michael sommers videos for portswigger are terrible though.
