A huge tip that I learned when taking a cold shower is to not think about it. If you think about it , it only becomes colder but when you don’t think about how cold it is, you start to realize that the water has become warm even though it’s still on cold water. Hope that helps :) ! God bless 💗

Yes it is in the head. Last year I struggled with being productive. Barely exercised. Got all my home work in last minute, or never even turned it in. But this summer I’ve been working hard on myself. And I have improved a lot. And I have gotten past that big hill of laziness. And the 2 things that will definitely help. Is keeping off your phone. And only using it when you have to. And not laying on your bed, unless your going to sleep.

Huge tip for cold showers because I do this daily!! First turn on the hot water then go to normal temperature and then cold! You will get used to it and trust me cold showers make you feel more clean than warm showers!

hey! Just a reminder there are so many other ways to move your body everyday other than going to the gym, if it is something you do not enjoy anymore! Taking a walk, picking up a new sport/movement related hobby, even just cleaning can be great way to move your body!! Loved watching this video, and thanks for the reflection at the end

I always enter the shower warm and turn it cold about 1 minute in, it helps with overcoming the fear to get into the shower. Idk if it has the same health benefits but this is what works best for me🥰

this video came to me at the right time . currently, I've been working in myself and just yesterday I felt so grateful, and wanted to end my night with selfceare routine. I've been drinking more water and today I started a detox. I will follow do this challenge a well :) for the rest of June with the goal being that I continue these habits even. after June. Thank you for sharing not just your experience during the challenge, but also your takeaways from it. There's so many videos out on pretty much the same habits, but I wasn't even aware of that until your video posted. Starting to realize that though them may be healthy habits themselves, trying to realistically fit all of them into a limited time frame is not so healthy. One may need to incorporate time management in some cases for people like myself that tend to get carried away with things I find enjoyable and have a habit of over indulging and limiting any time to do much afterwards. Overall, it's those like yourself that are brave enough to share their experience with fans and followers that allow those viewing to get a clearer idea of things they may have been considering themselves... I think that for the waking up at a consistent time everyday you also have to go to sleep at a consistent time everyday owo I know it's not always possible, but the point is to make it a habit.

if you have a cold shower in the morning it can help with blood circulation and if you try deep breathing it really helps to not feel as cold. (Try to take a cold shower in 30 second intervals each time you have a shower that way you will be able to have a 2 minute cold shower) hope this helps anyone who wants to try having cold showers 😃💗

For the record, it's not necessary for you to drink exactly 2L of water everyday, it depends on how much water you body needs and your kidney can process. Sometimes excess water harms your excretory system. So just drink water when you are thirsty. Another tip is that, drink 'X' liter(s) of water for every X thousand(s) calories you intake. i.e, if you take 2500 calories a day, drink 2.5L of water. Thus you can stay healthy and hydrated. Love 🖤

my advice on this, is to listen to your body. You should not force yourself to do 10 productive things from the start, its a process getting used to a new lifestyle. So choose easier tasks and less and once you feel comfy with those you can start increasing them.

To wake up at specific time you have to sleep at specific time & always try to make a list of chores with time fr the day life gets easier that way....& in the list never frget to hav free time to do adjustments if smthing goes wrong. 🤗

I also always love to have something in the background, like a KZitem video or music. Not because I actually listen or watch, but 8t just makes me feel a lot better. I have a screen time of abt 5 hrs from just having stuff in the background of basically my entire life.

She didn't feel well because she did them very disorganized. Example: 16:26 She felt like that 'cause she fell asleep REALLY late, OBVIOUSLY you will not feel well if you just slept 2 hours 'cause you did not control yourself for falling asleep earlier. I am personally a very perfectionist person, and seeing at how she did those simple things, made me feel REALLY anxious. According to science, to do things like that, you must have an exact time, a moment in which to do them, she varied a lot, that's why it was so difficult, those kinds of habits should be easy, really simple things that we should all do every day (except the cold shower). Obviously sometimes the body asks for a break, and it is important to listen and respect it, but, it was only 1 WEEK, she got tired of them as if she had been doing them for 2 years. I just want to say that if you are going to try to do those kinds of habits, *organize better*, with an exact time, it is much easier and suitable for your health.

For the cold shower, I usually just wash normally with warm water and then rinse with cold water. Less pain! Benefits still guaranteed!!

i did this and this is how it went ( day one ) the phone things dindt work i scrolled on tiktok for an hour sadly but the rest went well except the shower.. (day two) the phone thing dindt work again but the shower did (day three ) the phone thing worked finally for me hehh and everything went well but i dindt read because i had no motivation day four ) was super tired and dindt workout Day five) only did the no phone make bed and journal day six) my fav day bcs everything went perfect and now i'm a little used to do these things day seven) went the samen as day six

What I did to get my body used to the cold shower is start with lukewarm water and lower it and at the end of the shower the water should be cold and then the more I do that the easier it is for me to take cold showers

human body need 8hrs of sleep so i think u should sleep for 4 hours at night(maybe at 3am{bcz u have a habit of sleeping late}and wake up at 8)and then u could take a 3 hour of nap in the afternoon!this way u would get 8 hours of sleep and also do stuff at midnight.pls try to do this.......😅

Whenever I tell myself that I am going to wake up early, I always wake up 2 hours earlier and not be able to fall asleep. The waking up early thing is also only healthy if you also sleep early.

To everyone who's going to have the wake up early habit I'll suggest set yourself a time to go to bed too, not like if you wake up at 10 usually and suddenly decide to wake up at 6 won't work that way. Change it slowly, adapt your body to it.

Hey listen up here Moving your body doesn't means doing workouts and going gym U can do dance specially if ur a kpop fan there are many songs to look after U can take a simple walk U can go in a garden for some little exercising instruments U can also hype urself by doing anything either it's sports or any stretches Everything works Trust me

Tip I learned while taking cold showers: Usually I start with a warm if not hot while I wash my body and then slowly change it to cold as I wash my face and hair. That way I enjoy a warm show and still get the benefits of a cold shower and with the gradual change in temp. Love you lots 😘

Tip for cold showers, start with warm water and slowly make it colder. Then when it’s really cold you can make it a tad warmer so it feels warm, but it’s actually cold :)
