I tried this technique 2 washes ago it’s easy more volume than definition but as you said if your short on time this technique is your go to… after COVID I felt my hair was dull and I already has damage so I got my dry curly hair cut it’s the best decision I took I’m curl training and switching between products I’m using oils and tonics for my hair let’s see… about mental health check I take 29-30 mins a day to drink matcha & journal it’s helps and sometime meditation also zinc & multivitamin help as well but food is key to hair and body I hope you feel better soon ❤️
