Yes indeed, there is hardly anything for the regular people to eat. I was able to visit there two years ago and witnessed it for myself. People had to make very long lines to get two stale buns per household and get card punched out. Eggs were only available certain days and went quickly. It was horrible and my heart broke when I saw this day after day from my AB&B window. 😢Thankful to be an American 🇺🇸 and have the choices we have. ❤

Hello Mari & Yoel, I wrote you a few weeks back asking for advice about getting The ID needed to travel as a Cuban Citizen. This has proven to be an extremely daunting and almost impossible task. I am so happy to say Einer has finally acquired the “stamps” needed to get his birth certificate! Still waiting for the actual documents to arrive, for over a month now, but this is progress in Cuba!!! Assuming all goes well, it will have taken an entire year to simply receive the 4 documents needed to apply to come to Canada! Love your channel and the awareness it brings to all your viewers. Can’t wait to share a pastrami sandwich and soooo much more with my friend!

One time our hotel was right on top of an authentic NY deli, bowlful of pickles and peppers on the tables, we ate there almost every day at least once. Unfortunately katz is the last name of my High school bully, and i get over it and live life for the best. 35 years on and it's all good 👍.
