Tteokgalbi burger
[Ingredients]
*Tteokgalbi patty
Ground beef plate 1 & 1/2 cup (250g)
Ground beef clod 1 & 1/2 cup (250g)
Dark soy sauce 4 tbsp (40g)
Brown sugar 5 tbsp (50g)
Potato starch 2 tbsp (20g)
Minced garlic 2 tbsp (30g)
Pepper 1/2 tbsp (2g)
Sesame oil 3 tbsp (30g)
Cooking oil
*Burger 1 serving
1 burger bun
Lettuce 3 pieces
1/6 onion (30g)
Cheddar cheese 1 slice
3 tteokgalbi patties (150g)
1/8 stick butter (10g)
Ketchup
Mayo
[Directions]
1. Add ground meat, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, potato starch, minced garlic, and pepper in a large bowl and knead.
2. Once thoroughly mixed, add sesame oil and mix.
3. Divide the mixture into sizes of ping pong ball portions and shape into a flat patty.
3. Slice the bun in half and slightly grill on the pan coated with butter.
4. Finely slice the onion.
5. Add cooking oil to a pan and grill the patties.
6. Put lettuce and patty on the grilled bun.
7. Add ketchup, another patty, cheese, and another patty on top.
8. Put sliced onion on top, drizzle some mayo, and cover with another bun.
