Listen, regardless of whether your man is cheating on you or not, if you have a gut instinct that you can't trust him, you shouldn't be together - either because he's behaving in a way that triggers that response in you, or because you're not in a good enough place to be in an intimate, trusting relationship. Partnerships need trust and if you really don't feel like you can trust him, that's the end of it
@sugarpearl9781

people really do need to break up more often. And you dont even need a "reason" to do it. Simply the fact that you dont feel secure in your relationship is enough to leave it. regardless of the reason why that is. or if you still dont want to break up, you should definitely communicate better.

Well. I would say therapy might be an answer as well. It will make your decision more clear, because a professional could bring their perspective of what might be going wrong. For example, if it's your personal reasons and not the partner, just breaking up will not fix it. You will continue the same behavior with new partner as well if the issue within is not resolved.

the betterhelp sponsorship makes feel a bit weird because ive heard and listen about a lot of shady things they did from both therapist and people who needed help. american healthcare system sucks so if anyone does use it just be careful. betterhelp is not equipped for crisis situations. ive heard horror stories about that with people dealing with complex trauma. its an iffy company at best that unfortunately gets a lot of support from youtubers despite controversies. youtube comment section not the best place to get into detail about the complexities of the mental health care and how businesses saw an opportunity to make money off of desperate and vulnerable people. but thats capitalism in a nutshell besides that its always entertaining to hear on what tubi came out with this time

Kennie isn't satisfied with Yoshon's death so let's re-write a death that fits. The cousin shoots him several times in the chest, but he survives stumbling outside of the house and falling to the pavement, when a passing grandma has lever-released knives on the end of her walker and stabs him repeatedly on the sidewalk. Then, an ambulance arrives to take him to the hospital but on the way, is randomly driven off a bridge and crashes into the water while exploding. Yoshon survives and floats to the surface fighting for life while one of his eyeballs grotesquely hangs out of his eye socket. He calls out to God promising to be a better man but then, as anachronism would have it, a corporate tuna boat scoops him up with a bunch of tuna fish and dumps him into the crunchers that probably don't really exist on a tuna boat but do for the purpose of this B movie that 4 people watched on Tubi. Yoshon screams loudly as the crunchers tear him to shreds but the fishermen are too busy jamming to bad-ass Detroit rap that no one likes. His bones cause the machines to grind to a halt and when the fishermen discover that it is due to human remains, one of them casually remarks, "And that. Is why we have chunk light and chunk dark." (As if there were an actual set up to this joke somewhere in the movie.) The next scene cuts to the chunk dark in cans being packaged in boxes and loaded onto to trucks to be shared with the masses... Finally, as the trucks drive off to a disturbingly upbeat tune (because everyone fell asleep in film class the day the topic of scoring film came up), the warehouse/factory randomly blows up in an explosion that strangely looks like stock footage as title cards reveal a convoluted C plot in which the Weed Head Tuna Light gang were rivals of Yoshon and somehow knew his body was chopped up in pieces at the factory and thus blew it up for revenge... and to collect the insurance money... Cause all of that makes perfect sense when you're high. The End.

The only way for weed to be considered illegal within a legal state is if someone is selling it without a license (I think not entirely clear on that one), providing it to minors, or sending it out over state lines to an illegal state. I would definitely recommend watching The Wire. The plot and drama builds up slowly but it’s so worth it in the end. It’s the source of many legendary memes, it gives a nuanced critique of both criminals and cops, and it boosted the career of many beloved Black actors: Idris Elba, Michael B Jordan, Michael K Williams (RIP), and more. Baltimore has a bad rep and a lot of people talk shit and a lot of people actually cite The Wire as examples of Baltimore being a city “where only rats live” and honestly it’s so sad. The show has a lot more nuanced of a message than “Baltimore is bad and full of crime” and I need more people to get that.

Honestly at that level of everybody sleeping w everybody, and the actresses having played a couple in a previous movie, they should have just turned to polyamory and worked it out that way

Completely agree with the polyamory comment. When relationships get messy enough to the point where everyone fucking and cheating with each other, might as well consider being poly

I’m sorry😂 I matched with this guy from tinder. Mind you he’s 33, I’m 19. But anyways with my naïveness I pursue this encounter cause he was super sweet (aren’t they always). He would say micro aggressive comments here and there like black girls get attached too fast and always talk shit about his exes but did I leave…no. Long story short I went over to his apartment, got drunk and after a long night he was literally telling me to get dressed and leave. When he was driving me home he was getting like really aggressive and I was too drunk to clock him. Surprisingly tho when I got home he switched so fast from cussing me out to kissing me goodnight and telling me sweet dreams. After that night I texted him and told him I wanted to end it but I left my socks there and when I asked for them back he told me he “accidentally” threw them away (this was the next morning btw) anyways we got into a huge argument because I wanted my socks back and he told me to fuck off then blocked me. Honestly I’m just grateful he didn’t kill me and hide my body that night.

I showed He Played Me to my mom. It was strictly because you had pink eye shadow look and we were getting out of our boring make up habits that she and I had collected over the past 5 years. She tried to explain that movie to my dad for our family dinner and he was like I don't want to hear anymore of this nonsense, it was hilarious. Plus, the fact that that first movie was based on true events or something if I recall correctly, is wild.

Sometimes I’m telling my mom about these wild plots over dinner and my dad gets mad because he gets legit furious at what the a-hole men in these movies do. He’s pretty quiet so sometimes I don’t realize he’s paying attention to us until he’s like ‘well that piece of shit didn’t know what he was talking abt’ re: one of the deadbeat guys 😂 and I’m like ‘well ur not wrong! It was cathartic to complain but I’m sorry we stressed u out 😭’

You see I would never go to jail for a man but I would also never allow a man to hide a gun in my car but I also could never see myself dating a drug dealer. There were a series of bad decisions that were made that got her catching a case that I would’ve nipped in the bud but to each their own I guess. At least it all worked out in the end for Raven.

While I think the intention was good in bringing up those statistics in the beginning, I feel like the message is undercut due to the complicated plot and everyone's motivations basically being: we're all betraying and shooting each other for money :). I personally feel like it would do the core(?) message better justice if this were a tragedy focusing on what happened to one woman with her husband, what exactly happened in her life, and what her ultimate fate is; or maybe several short stories with the only connecting story arc being about various women that end up in situations that ended up hurting or killing them because of something their boyfriends/ husbands did. Once the movie ends, but before the credits start rolling, the statistics and message are displayed on the screen; which hammers in that this is an real and horrible issue that is rarely acknowledged. Also separate ramble: Now I like movies that have twists that flip the whole movie on it's head that when you watch it again you go, "OOHH SNAP IT SEEMS SO OBVIOUS NOW!!" I think we can all agree that clever revenge plots can be fun and intriguing (Handmaiden anyone?); unfortunately this movie just handles it all so poorly. Also when are we going to a movie with a healthy polyamorous relationship and no one in the polycule dies?

As someone who sells life insurance and knows the stats by race and ethnicity, it’s funny that these people are shooting each other assuming that they have life insurance in the hood (by in large) and that they are the beneficiaries when irl these people have to pawn their possessions to be buried 😂
