D. Smith This is SUPER Inspiring!! Great job girls! I'm trying to learn to play basketball to try and get in shape, I just turned 60 and have been active all my life!! My mother played basketball when she was in school, so maybe it's in my blood! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Girls show pretty good fundamental skills in an on-air / blocked practice environment, you can see the work they put in and their confidence! Very good base to build on. But i've a question coach: What kind of (random) drills / concepts do you use to encourage players to think & self-explore certain game actions and to make sure players understand when and how to use those skills against a defender/team-defense in the context of the game!? From my perspective skills are heavily connected to the ability of the player(s) to make decisions and execute those decisions / skill applications under game (-like) conditions to ensure long-term learning and game tranfer. Your opinion on that coach!? Thanks in advance.

It's still astonish me just how lots of people have no clue about Spovelax Training Program (do a search on google) even though many people improve their basketball skills using it. Thanks to my personal mate who told me about it. I have improve the weakest part of my basketball game.

As specialist, I do think Spovelax Training Program is great way to improve the weakest part of your game. Why don't you give it a chance? perhaps it's going to work for you too.

Why all the, "I'm a guy, but I'm still in awe. I'm a guy, and I can't do that." Etc. I'm not a male feminist. In fact I usually get irritated by all the SJW BS that I see everywhere. But for any guy to suggest a woman doing this is more impressive in spite of them being females.......I just don't get it. I think it has been well established that women can be great athletes in their own right. The difference comes when you have men and women compete directly against each other in athletics. Sorry ladies, you will lose 99% of the time. That being said, this is very impressive and I couldn't do most of the dribbling activities when I was a kid. Definitely not now! I will be running my son through these drills for sure!

wall toss is a terrible drill. lets teach kids to catch a ball and dribble all in one motion. I dont think so. I get on my kids everyday about that. catch with 2 hands always.
