This song is so emotional and powerful you'll start tearing up. Believe you me he will get it. He's gonna ask himself that when you say there ain't no hope for the future whether you being suicidal or you'd prefer to stay with your mom.

The reason is because the industry just want to market stuff(looks, pretty, handsome people) they don’t care about meaning anymore. That’s why we don’t hear sounds or style of rap like this or romantic songs of the 60s-2000s basically they just want to target the younger generation bc they know we don’t know any better but I as a 17 year old dose like some mainstream like kpop that’s it ,and some Bruno Mars that it’s ,pretty much but I do wish we had music like this during these times like just imagen “the migos” or “cardie B “ the way they dress it’s fine style can change I have no problem, but imagen them singing music like this the meaning..! I wonder how this generation may be....Could be a little bit more different than what it is now basically
