Your "1972" calendar tea towel surprised me, and it even brought a few happy tears to my eyes, as I lived in Karamürsel, Türkiye that entire year. I have so many fond memories of that time in my life. Thank you, for reminding me. Çok teşekkür ederim!

Dear sister, You make it look so easy to do...and nice to know that their is a special Baklava knife, I never knew that? It makes all the difference with the right tools in cooking. I like how you make it look easy and it looks very inviting and tastey. I love Baklava , but I bet its much nicer freshly made as you have done. I like this recipe lot especially eating it. Mashallah tabarakallah sister, I hope Allah gives you and your family a wonderful rewarding Ramadan month Ameen - and also I hope you will show what you are going to cook for Eid inshallah. Love to see your Eid menu inshallah ;)

You put so much heart into what you do for us. Everything is so simple. Today I discovered your channel and I am so grateful to you. I love Turkish sweets and Turkish cuisine. I have already learned how to prepare coffee according to the Turkish tradition. In Poland, we brew coffee in the traditional way. Turkish, but it has nothing to do with your tradition. It was only from the Internet that I learned how to make coffee like in Turkey. Thank you very much once again and best regards 🥰

A really nice and clever way to roll out the dough instead of rolling out each piece separately. Thank you, I'll give it a try. Only thing is that phyllo at the bottom looks a little soggy and not baked enough. Is this my impression? Do you bake with air in the oven?

Thank you for the lesson. I am in US and grape vinegar is not an ingredient I’m familiar with. I do have some apple vinegar from Türkiye that is lower acidity than a typical wine vinegar. Should I use that? What is the acidity of the grape vinegar you use? Wish you well ❤
@TFT

My pleasure yes you can use grape vinegar. Actually we don't get the information on how acidic the vinegars we use. Or there is no grade like that as far as I know. But alternately you can use that too . Hope you enjoy it
