Ingredients List:
3 cups of flour (cup measures 200 ml)
3 cups of sugar
1 cup of oil
3 cup of water
100 g butter
Preparation:
First we pour the sunflower oil into the pan and then add the flour. Roast for 20 minutes on low heat. Then we add the butter. We are starting to prepare the syrup. Put water and sugar in another pot. After boiling for a while, we turn off the stove. On the other hand, we continue to roast the halva. I roasted it for about 35 minutes but the color didn't turn.So I turned off the stove and roasted it for 5 more minutes and added the syrup. We continue to mix on low heat, when it boils, we turn off the heat and cover the lid. We rest for 5 minutes and prepare for service. I wetted the dessert spoon and shaped it.
