Turkish cuisine has a lot of custard desserts to offer. Custard rolls are very common and they come in a lot of different flavors and varieties. Today I'm showing you one of them: Kadayıflı Paşa Sarması (Translation: Pasha Rolls with dough strings). For this we're going to roast dough strings (also known as angel hair) with butter and spread them onto a baking tray. To that we're adding custard and roll it up once it's cooled off. In addition to looking pretty it also tastes amazinh and amounts to only 191 calories per custard roll😋
