I know mostly pain, very little joy. I am almost 50 and most of that has been dealing with pain. It feels like that’s what I was born for. And yet, there are so many other pains I don’t know. It does get easier to deal with but keeping a balance by not losing your head while experiencing them is a gift.

I recently came across ebook Mental Cashflow, and I was genuinely surprised by how much it resonated with me. Despite the controversy surrounding it, the book offers some unique perspectives that made me think differently about financial independence and mindset. It’s definitely not for everyone, and I can see why some might disagree with its content, but for those who are curious or enjoy exploring unconventional ideas, it might be worth checking out. Of course, it’s important to approach it with an open mind and take from it what works best for you.

One thing he may have forgotten to mention or hasn't been so self destructive as do experience this... I've embraced pain since i was 16. It allowed me to recieve the self i knew was always within. So when things started going sideways, i made the situation more painful on myself thinking id get stronger and a bit wiser for it. It became a security blanket. Albeit one with thorns. Be careful and mindful of where in the spectrum you apply pain in your life. Even pain can be positive as love can be poison.

There are different kinds of pains Grim, one type of pain I have had to endure my entire life is the pain of courage. When you do something that scares you, you have to tolerate/endure the fear as you're doing it. When I'm learning something new I have a deep-seated fear that I may not be smart enough to understand it. That fear ends only after I've mastered the material, then it begins again for the next new material. As I'm constantly learning something new for my job, I'm constantly having to tolerate the discomfort of fear, but I've been doing it this way since I "discovered" studying in High school, then college, then Doctorate. It doesn't matter how well I did on some exams in the past, or that some people I've met think I'm "smart," because wherever there is new material there is uncertainty, and where there's uncertainty there is always fear. I do have a baseline level of confidence that comes from the results I've achieved by enduring the fear for as long as I did, I think that helps, but the fear never ends for as long as I continue to learn something new. I'm now in my 3rd decade of life, so I'm not expecting this will ever change. I have accepted it as my way of life. To achieve your academic dreams, you have to endure pain, I don't know any other way.

Today i am 42 i wake up 4:00am always I run, squat, dips, jump rope, calisthenics, i train as a boxer, push ups, sit ups, heavy bag, shadow box, pad works, etc. i abstain from sex for long periods. what i realized is that these pains put me in a positive mind state, which translates to me feeling abundant.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $121k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
