Turn Your Pumpkins Into Pies. First step is making your pumpkin puree.
To make your pumpkin puree you're gonna take your pumpkin pieces, after they are washed, cleaned, dried and deseeded. Place them on a baking sheet lined with foil, and dry roast them in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 50-60 minutes until they are fork tender.
Ingredients for the pie:
15 Ounces of Pumpkin Puree.
14 Ounce Sweet Condensed Milk.
2 Large Eggs.
1 Tsp Cinnamon.
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger.
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg.
1/2 Tsp Salt.
1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice.
1 Pie Crust.
Mix all Ingredients Together.
Pour into Pie crust.
Bake in a Preheated 425 Degree Oven For 15 Minutes.
Lower oven temp to 350 Degrees and Bake an Additional 35-40 Minutes.
Let Cool Completely Before Serving.
