I love honey, but what I don't love about it is that it crystalizes, and all too often just weeks after harvesting it. Over the years, I have employed many different methods and techniques to bring crystalized honey back to its liquid state. Now, after all those years, I have discovered the simplest way of performing this tedious task, and doing it in big fashion.
Not only do I show how I bring the honey back to its liquid state, but then how I move it from the drum to the bottler is a very efficient way, I use a rotary lobe pump. Why this type of pump? It does not aerate the honey causing it to foam.
