In the third step, you set up the call system.
The most important elements of the system are the four key points:
- Waiting circle
- staff members
- Switches
- Services
Here you set the basic requirements and define the size of the system as you need it. For example, how many employees do you have & when do they work? How many rooms or counters do you have? How many and which services do you offer?
Use "Content and Design" to define the visual presentation for your ticket, the display and the print station.
You will find further configuration options under Settings.
To complete the configuration of the system, it is important to carry out the last step "Link & Activate". This is where you link all the settings that you have previously made and created.
