Not quite... there is one throw in there that is a reverse cascade throw but your hand is on the opposite side... thats the part that makes mills mess so sloppy for people... if you want a clean mills your going to want to practice reverse cascade with your arms crossed on both sides... this is not easy but if you don't figure that throw out your mess is going to be sloppy

This is by far the best method to learn this pattern. Ive been struggling for months, watched this and literally got a few catches immediately.

I couldn’t agree more! With all due respect to the other tutorial videos, they had me practicing crossing and uncrossing my arms with one ball, and they built up the trick so slowly the pattern was incomprehensible to me. I watched this 90 second video and was like “Oh it’s a reverse cascade with a throw under the arm.” It’s still going to take a lot of practice to get good, and I’ll go back to those other videos for tips, but I could not believe how this video did more in 90 seconds than the others did in 15 minutes

Hey Niels, you make some great videos, and I've learned a lot from you. But for this trick, I don't think there is enough information. I couldn't figure out where things went after the one ball goes under the arm. I finally checked out a step-by-step video by Tony Steinbach that shows and combines all three throws. You might do something similar for your followers Thanks for teaching my family, friends and me how to juggle!

I finally know how to do Mills Mess! I actually learned from watching a different video that broke the trick down a lot more than this video. But I did learn how to go straight into Mills Mess from reverse cascade watching this video. This is a beautiful trick, you make it look so smooth. Thanks Niels!

indeed to make it smooth you must view it like this rather than broken down

Niels, you are a great juggler, but in your videos you make it look way to easy! You need to be more precise on the steps instead of telling us to do the trick in 2 steps from a 1;30 video. All im asking is for you too show your audience really "how" to do these tricks not look at me and my pretty face doing all these tricks
@aSeaofTroubles

for this trick, I found step-by-step tutorials to be very unclean and awkward. To really appreciate the motion you must experience it. It's a rare instance where the feeling is more important than the precise steps
