• Use a slow 4 count to help you understand each part of the turn
• Start with arms outstretched
COUNT 1,2
• Windmill arms round and turn head in the direction your turning.
• Feel free to pause to make sure you are incorrect position.
Count 3
• Switch weight to outside foot
• Lift inside foot, open hips and turn free leg just past 90 degrees
• Make sure to place free foot with momentum going backwards when backwards, forwards when moving to forwards.
• Switching weight from one foot to the other
Count 4 place
• Bring other leg parallel to other
Then repeat steps to turn to forwards
