I'm glad I checked for a tutorial on PDF pattern printing on your channel prior to emailing you. Thanks for walking us through what looks to be a very easy, straight forward process. Yes, I heard a lot of audio feedback when you went into the Copy Shop files to choose what you wanted to print. You've probably worked that all out since the filming of this tut.

100% Need help! 🤪🤪🤪 Trying to turn patterns into 1-3 sizes smaller by grading. My mum ~150cm tall, has lost weight. Before painkillers, I used to be the same 45kgs she was, before she lost weight, (to those reading this...45kg sounds horrific--- but it is PERFECT weight for that height), so I understand being that small and have most paper patterns around that 8-12 size. But mums smaller. AND she's always been smaller again- bone structure wise compared to me and my DD (back then) bust. So she's tiny!! I understand basic grading, up or down... but some spots- like the curve of the arm etc, your really just guessing. Is there a way to do it perfectly? For example theres many Burda magazine patterns perfect for mum (now she's finally letting me sew for her!!! Finally got all her measurements!!) but I have to size down from 36 to a 34 (which they sometimes have) to then. make 2cm+ seams on size 34 when sewing the seams... to make it around her 32 size!!! And big seams I can see already, won't work on some designs! (& Kids sizes aren't styled for adults. Can't put a 70+yr old in a baby doll style dress!😄😄) I sort of am 95% okay with taking out height and width from patterns (THANK YOU for quickly showing how to do a small bust adjustment!!) it's 'truly' grading down patterns to say a size 32-30 etc, when the pattern.... or any pattern, finishes three sizes bigger than what you need!!! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 Hugs from W.A. 🤗🤗🤗❤️

Re:grading, Itch to Stitch has a good tutorial on the topic. As for Burda, have you considered the bigger Kids patterns? Bc size 152cm (aka 12yo) has the measurements of a 32 except for lengths, basically. These patterns aren't numerous but maybe you can get a blouse, skirt and trouser and use them as blocks to add adult styling to? The DE site shows 14 patterns for size 152, including envelope patterns. Hope this helps!

I am so sorry. I’m pretty sure it’s the feedback when I do the screen recording. I’ll do more research and see what I can figure out!
