Step 1: Get a correct shoe size
Step 2: Prepare the basic tools (I.e. Masking tape & pencil)
Step 3: Place a masking tape on both sides of the shoes
Step 4: Draw a line on masking there where your MTP (Metatarsophalangeal) joints of your toe
Step 5: Positioning the cleat where the centre of the cleat fall in between the 2 lines which represent your 1st and 5th MTP joints
Step 6: Tighten the 3 screws with the Allen key (4mm)
Step 7: Make sure the cleat is not over tilt where the ankle is far away from the crank arm
Tips: The cleat angle needs to be adjusted where your shoes heel closer to the crank arm
