I grew up in rural MS, and remember a lot of these. I used to get the UHF stations at night during tropo ducting. The VHF-Lo stations I’d often get with sporadic-E.

Channel 6 WCIX, Miami, is now Channel 4 WFOR. WTVJ, which had been on channel 4, is now Channel 6. This occurred during one of the "Big Switches", which take place occasionally in Florida. WCIX/WFOR is a CBS O&O station and WTVJ is an NBC O&O station.

WXTV-41 in Patterson, NJ also used that ID slide pattern of KWEX. Caught them once in VA.

Impressive distances for UHF, I presume most of those stations were not on VHF channels, as VHF TV DX was and is mostly ionospheric sporadic E and not so much tropospheric refractive propagation.
