as someone with endometriosis i always wanna spread awareness that extremely painful periods are NOT normal! if advil doesn’t alleviate your cramps that’s a red flag & i would recommend consulting a doctor about it. breaks my heart to see women being gaslit into thinking painful periods should be expected :(

On the telepathy, my sister and I were not twins but we were psychic twins. I could hear her voice telepathically (just like her voice calling my name) and I always knew when something was wrong. We were 2 yrs apart, but we could also finish each others sentences and whenever we were together if she laughed, then I would laugh and we would continue to crack up without stopping...Unfortunately she died in 2012. But, when I see your Pod video, it reminded me of my sis. Amber talks a lot more like my sister..(always cussing , very smart, party animal , loves animals, smoked, and athletic, and a people magnet). Take care of each other.❤

This reminded me of when I got sooo sick in the bathroom, I was going in and out of consciousness, I was sweating so much like I looked like I showered with clothes, for like 10-15 minutes I gave up I couldn’t stand up, move my hand, talk , but I felt everything and I was so out of breath, I try to open the door but I couldn’t move and I literally thought ok I’m about to die . Then after some time I made it out and I was like mom , dad you won’t believe what just happened, mom believed me but dad was like hmmm because I looked like I showered . That was the worst thing ever , and I also threw up the day before that. It happened once only in my whole life and I will never forget it.

You should check out the Jovi patch for period cramps it’s a pain magnet that absorbs the static electricity that is our pain signals and turns it to safe heat on the other side than becomes a pain powered heating patch to alleviate pain, I believe it’s $200 but you just need to try it!

With the real bad menstrual periods, you may want to get a check for Polycystic ovary syndrome (fibroid cysts )PCOS. They remove them with one day surgery and a tiny cut in the belly button. Don't take too much acetaminophen (in the Advil and Motrin) it affects the Liver.. a heating pad , hot bath, usually helps on your lower abdomen.⚕😷

So I read that eating lots of rich estrogen based food (that looks a lot like what Ashley eats on a regular), your uterus lining will be thicker, which when period happens, the prostaglandins hormone supposed to break the lining will increase, resulting in pain. Could be something else, could be that. Food for thoughts 🤔

when you guys decribe the food poisioning gosh i've been there. thank god i was a college student who can ask for a few days off. i was not only feeling the urge of vomitting, couldn't vomit, ultimately vomit and the circle went again and again. I even had fever. I think it took me at least three days to merely feel a bit better and can consume something. So while i was plagued by food poisioning, i couldn't do anything. not study for the forthcoming finals not even consume long videos not to mention youtube videos that are in another language. My brain literally couldn't process any info. The only two thing i did for almost a hundred hours are sleeping and scrolling through short videos. like videos whose length is merely 30secs. never wanna experience that again. so in the future i would rather waste some suspicious food and be more cautious than eating them up.
