@Kindred I know this is a year late but I’m pretty sure this is a reference to an old AH show. It might have been “Schooled” I’m not positive but the idea was the goal was only to not get last place. Similar to jeremy’s show about lying but from like 7 years ago.

His piece locks 3 frames after the final KO, if the next piece spawns in a wall in tetris 99 you die frame 1, so he was literally 1/20th of a second from losing.

Got on a tetris kick recently and wound up back here. It's crazy how when it's down to the last few it becomes endurance at that point: can you survive longer than your opponent? Its almost guaranteed you're gonna get fucked, but you just hope your opponent gets fucked faster.

See this is why I like this battleground game. Ray was clearly struggling near the end there, but he didn't die because the overplayed were equally struggling. Luck is key.
