It is a wonderful thing to see a veteran help out the beginners. While they are competing for business, they are still part of the family that will eventually continue with the tradition. Awesome show of a professional working relationship.

So happy to see young people keeping street food alive in Japan. Street food is the best food all over the world. Malaysia and Indonesia are my favorite countries, especially for the street food. The best of luck to these good folk.
Man. I miss eating at Yatai. They've died out in so many cities because local governments have been hostile to them for some reason. Fortunately the mayor of Fukuoka turned that situation around there, but I'd love to see them rebound in other places. It's such a great way to meet new people for a short while in a way that's socially acceptable vs. many situations in Japan where conversing with strangers is considered odd.

I have a lot of respect for those two man...they are really working hard...I hope they succeed

The fact that you do this setting up day in day out for say 6 days week, you would need a rest day! (Even then you prob have things to fix). P.s Best of luck to the guys!
