During my sports "career" I have heard dozens if not hundreds of questions about why am I working out. Why do I put so much heart into it, if it does not even make any money for me... I believe, thinking "how much do you bench press" or "what is your bodyfat" is wrong. For me, as for a person who is not a professional, the most important is ability to let go of negative emotions resulting from daily problems occuring in everyday life.
Also, I believe, well toned body should not be characterized only with professionals. Whether we like it or not, our body is our business card in everyday life.
