It's funny out the 2 Two Rocks I preferred the Bloomfield but on the recordings I prefer the Vintage Deluxe. As far as the Z goes it was far more Dynamic and touch sensitive than the Two Rocks it was also far more detailed and full range. I'd like one of the Two Rocks to pair with the Z-Wreck.

Considering the two rock’s are nearly 2x the cost of the Z, I’ll stick with my Wreck Jr and a reverb/trem pedal. Excellent demo, all amazing amps.

@@Scotts41886 Absolutely and its good to remember that neither is better. They are both built to the same no expense spared quality. I honestly prefer the Z, they are far more detailed, a way quicker attack and response and have a lot wider dynamic range. The Two Rocks sound really sweet and mellow. They also have more weight to their sound too, you can hear it in the demo. It's the one and only thing I wish I could copy and paste to the Z-Wreck Jr and Zs in general, it's the only thing that bugs me with Z Amps. But again when making the choice. I bought the Z-Wreck Jr combo when it was £1999 the Two Rocks are both £5565. Its a huge difference for amps of the same quality. I know there's more going on in a two rock but still.

@@daviddorrian5349 I would love to try a two rock but I couldn’t agree more on your z points. I got a new wreck jr combo about 4-5 years ago at a nice discount ($1.7k USD) compared to today’s prices ($2.5k USD). I originally used to run volume on the wreck higher for that overdriven tone but as my playing has progressed, I’ve found keeping gain volume at 1-2 o’clock and using the amp dynamics, guitar volume gives such an incredible tone. Only wish was it had reverb or an effects loop, but blows away any other amp for the price imo. Keep up the videos, love your content!

@@Scotts41886 The Jr is my go to amp for all the bands I play in. From 70s & 80s pop music, blues and funk band, orginal band and more. The fact you can get such a nice crunch out the amp and there's no FX loop drives me insane. I've always got a reverb and or delay on and absolutely hate the mess of them through an amp broken up through the front end of the amp. I also sometimes wish it had more power.... Insert the brand new X-Ray. I'm waiting for them to land here in the UK. It seems to have it all. Rich tone similar to the Z-Wreck, 30 or 15 watts, that's more power sorted. FX loop. Ability to get a lovely crunch from the amp and its got a lot of the same components as the big Z-Wreck. Same transformers, power tubes and other bits. Seems the perfect amp, we will see. Stay posted I'll be doing a video of it! 😎🤟

Nice comparison. All sound great, but I prefer the vintage deluxe. But I would like to see it compared with the z28 mk2.
