Plein Jeu du Troisieme ton . Jean Adam Giulian was and organist and clavecinist in Paris in 1702 and possibly a pupil of L. Marchand . (Born in Germany as J. A. Wilhelm Freinsberg) . He published a set or 'Pieces d'Orgue sur le Magnificat sur les huit tons differents de l'Eglise'in 1706 dedicated to Marchand. He probably inteneded to compose a suite for each of the eight church modes but only the first four were published and even so he did not actually use the plainsong..these are more like secular instrumental movements .

César-Auguste-Jean-Guillaume-Hubert Franck - (10 December 1822 - 8 November 1890) was a French Romantic composer, pianist, organist, and music teacher born in present-day Belgium.The collection of 59 short works known as "L'Organiste" was written in 1889 and 1890 for the harmonium and is most often played on organ.
