I’ve had WeBoost on my truck for the last four years and it works phenomenal, even upgraded to the new external antenna last year, love it, consistent great results

Just stumbled across this. Best WeBoost summary video I've seen yet. It may have pushed me over the fence on this particular product. Nice work!

Might as well just get a Garmin Sat phone for the price of the Weboost. $200-500 depending on what you get. Same as the Inreach mini and more expensive models on up.

InReach Mini requires monthly subscription for little services.... the cheapest option only allows 5 texts which is both send and receive. I took mine back

Can you explain how u mounted ur antenna? Does it interfere when you open up the tent?

The CB antenna is easily detachable, takes about 10 seconds to just unscrew it. The WeBoost antenna is on a big enough spring that it just bends when the tent is opened.

Verizon has been hot garbage as of late. Took a trip up 395. Stayed up in the mammoth area. Between the three of us, we had Verizon, ATT, and TMobile. Along the 395 and through the towns, reception was pretty comparable. But TMobile had cell service deeper into the trees past mammoth. My buddy was streamer the dodgers game on TMobile while the two of on Verizon and ATT had zero signal. Going to switch soon 😂 I have also been noticing terrible service lately on Verizon. Just low signal and dropped signals even while in town. Makes no sense considering I live in Los Angeles.
