Neat fly Kelly. Ya know there's going to be folks that will wonder how you took 15 minutes to tie a 3 material fly. I'm not one of them, you say a lot when you're talking. Keep the good stuff coming.

The first thing I do every morning is grab some tea and look to see what Kelly Gallup and Davie McPhail have tied for us! Thanks Kelly and crew!

I’ve also tied these with stuffed animal/teddy bear stuffing with great success. Best fly last year and rides high for hours

Recently bought some of the thread Kelly uses. i'm so sad they don't have the approx 0/0 sizes on them....what is100 or 140 denier again? (Compared to 0/0?) Guess I'm gonna have to make a chart!

I seem to remeber reading an article a long time ago by you (I think) about the "One Up" spinner. I think because I'm as old as you and a few too many concussions. But if that was your article, how about tying that one. I remember fighting to tie it but it did a great job in the last light of the day. Thanks.

Have you ever tied a dudley/ellie hair streamer? Is it wrong of me to want to start shaving patches off my friends dogs?

Tricos , the hatch you learn to hate . Unless you have the right fly , then you love it . Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Kelly! I had success with the “hi-viz” one last year, super simple to tie and effective. Cant wait to tie some of these and the sunk spinners up! Also, I thought you were gonna start using a whip finish tool! What happened? Lol Way cooler to just use your fingers anyway. Wish I could!
