This Tyler Grey statement is a thing that was always on the back of my mind, but i never wanted to believe that fully (and even now i'm 100% convinced). What about that number of delta guys with more than 1000 missions? Seems harsh to believe every cqb battle an operator is going to die. I want to believe that at least in the tier 1 units they can pull off many houses without getting themselves killed, but on the other hand i don't doubt that it might be inherent to cqb battles to be that way. Do you think it's like that too? I'm asking because I think you have more time learning about that topic and gwot stuff than I do.

@@tordek7639 hi! Thank you for appreciating my work, it is exactly my intent to spread the words of people who actually applied tactics in real combat. I think you can only evaluate tactics efficiency only when you master shooting fundamentals, if you lack the fundamentals you will create tactics to compensate your low level skills. About Tyler's words, i think that they just keep in mind that they COULD lose someone but that doesn't mean it will happen, and real operations made in the past are proof that their tactics work. The truth is that not all people are able to do this stuff at a high level but they want to do it anyway, there is a reason why people in Tier 1 units are selected. If you search in my channel the playlist "Tactical Pills" you will find all my edited videos about this topic.

The thing is he didn't say cqb he said hostage rescue which is a completely different thing. You're giving up security for the life of the hostage which is the most important thing.

Hi man, I just found your channel looking for cqb stuff, and i really love the topic of dynamic vs deliberate cqb! I myself would love to know more about what those guys at delta and devgru actually used in their raids. Thanks very much for personally selecting those clips where you found important or cool cqb debate with people who actually have knowledge of how to do it at a high level (Matt Pranka, por exemple). In my head, as a person that never have done cqb in real life, deliberate and slow seems to be the safest way to do it, the " smarter " way, and it just baffles me the best way is to go dynamic (providing you have the other skills to pull it off). I'm subscribing just in case you post some more in the future! Have a good day man!

Wow this is some super interesting and valuable insight! Thanks a lot for sharing! Just one thing: could you also post some quotes/moments of Delta Force operators who support/advocate for combat clearance/deliberate ? (And/or share some account where they did it, whether in training or in operation). I heard that several delta operators gave such accounts in some podcasts; for example in David Hookstead's podcasts. (But I don't have much time to watch all of them) I would like to hear the other side of the coin too, concerning the "dynamic VS deliberate" debate. (By the way I would be very curious to hear about what kind of CQB does the 75th Ranger Regiment does; whether it is a more dynamic hostage rescue style, or a more deliberate style)

HI! This is the Playlist: kzitem.info/door/PLCJ8NlzOC4wXDcbhzVAsU1rGEw_5oVJ0P&feature=shared Most videos talk about use of Combat Clearing vs Dynamic and in which situations must you use both (they are all Delta operators expect AHT guys, who trained with Kyle Morgan and others SMU dudes). I think the following video summarizes everthing: kzitem.info/news/bejne/1phuloBqbWt7lX4feature=shared
