I found Southern Gothic in a discount bin in a store on an Indian Reservation. The album peaked my interest so I bought it. Fell in love with it. Amazing songs. Amazing artist.

This has to be 1 of the finest Artists I've heard in Decades; I mean I'm a Charlie Daniels, & Lynyrd Skynyrd, Mark O'Connor Fan; So Where the Heck has Dan Tyminski Been hiding. Behind the Lipsyncing George Clooney way too long. & Allison Krauss Finally Dan Tyminski is Sharing his Talents w/ the World Out Front & Center. Now REQUEST DAN TYMINISKI ON YOUR RADIO STATIONS.

Dan is doing superb stuff. His cut "Can't Tame A Fire" for that movie soundtrack is superb. Heard him for the first time on "Hey Brother" while on vacation in December. Keep it up.

Eliminator I'm plenty over it, but he had one if the most unique sounds in bluegrass and this just doesn't sound good to me. It's all opinion, and I was just stating mine.

Everybody in bluegrass has other musical influences.try just listening to the words in these song.even if you dont like the production of this record there is some solid writing on it.

@@willriggs3409 I agree. His voice was the sound of bluegrass. I was done with him when he started cussing in his music. He used to have such a great grass sound. BTW, how can he sing such great gospel and then do the kind of stuff he's doing now? It's a shame.
