Each trailer is 28' long and comes with a 14' ramp to make loading easy. The trailer stands 4' off the ground with a 9' loading area, meaning you'll need a total parking clearance of 40' long, 10' wide, and 14' in height (be sure to check for low-hanging power lines or branches).
If your trailer will be parked in a shared parking area, the street, or anywhere that isn't your personal property, check with the city or local police department to make sure a permit isn't needed. You'll also need to check with your landlord or homeowner's association if you rent or live in a neighborhood with community guidelines.
