An interesting thing is that migrants go to the USA for a good life for themselves, and to Russia for a better future for their children. Russia is a country for our children. Every country in the world needs to change the concept. The world must change. In the new world, the concept should be: Our country is a country for our children. Our "planet Earth" is a planet for our children.

Depends on what you mean by “good life”. I personally know several Yankees who moved to Russia for a better life for themselves. Perhaps in some aspects the standard of living is higher in the United States, but it is the quality of life itself that is much better in Russia. At least that’s what the American told me and I’m inclined to believe him.

Regarding the Tucker interview, at the first watching I thought the same as Daniel, that Tucker was a bit out of his league, however..when I think more about it, 98% of west journos who interviewed V.Putin (with a few different examples) were very intrusive interrupting him at every 5 seconds not allowing him to fully explain his thought, and Tucker was 100% professional in that manner, problem was V.Putin has so much knowledge on everything and he explained every "rabbit hole" in such a detailed manner that it looked from outside like only one man talking, it was not quite like that, Tucker simply allowed V.Putin to elaborate in detail all of his answers, which is a rare thing in today's journalism. Just my opinion.. Great guest by the way, great life story and very spiritual and down to earth!
@user_you2

This is very close to what I think. The interview is not about pop culture, it's quite serious topic, so it has to be detailed. Putin proposes again and again to conduct a dialogue, to come to an agreement - this was said many times both in this interview and in past speeches. I don’t know if Western politicians/elites will hear this...I really want peace! I like the interview with Oliver Stone ;)

Great conversation, thank you to both of you. My thoughts on the Putin interview is that I was glad that Tucker let Putin talk as much as he wanted to. So many of our western journalists talk over the person they are interviewing. I also think that Putin knew he could reach a western audience that he normally doesn't reach. I loved the interview, and I loved the history. I think too many in the west are not educated well enough to have the patience to get through the history especially if it goes against what they've been taught. Great interview from the heart and how the thought to move even came to being a reality. I just went through the live chat. One response was about the Russian-Afghan War. The WEST has used it as a black mark against Russia. I wish true intellectuals would have told the real truth. Like most things, they are not what they many times appear. Russia was helping Afghanistan build their infrastructure (schools, colleges, businesses, industry, roads, etc). The WEST didn't want that! So, the CIA, MI6, Mossad created the "Afghan mujahideen and their allied foreign fighters as opponents". Like those who know of Paul Harvey, ...and now you know the rest of the story! The history that leads to most conflicts are never emphasized or explained unfortunately. Without understanding the root cause, you're not preventing future conflicts.....

thats cuz theyre moving to moscow or St pet. the thing is that they are absolutely correct that the US is only good if you are rich. If you are middle class, working many hours, you have a worse quality life than in Moscow. Everything is expensive in the US, bad quality of life and is basically really dull and boring. Americans are workaholics who can't afford anything. People don't go out to eat anymore beacuse its too expensive, people don't spend much time together. They just work long hours and then come home and watch TV and try to forget how you'll never have a good of a life as your parents. If you want to make a lot of money then USA is the best place to be. Lots of opportunity. But it's not good if you don't have those ambitions. In US, many people live with their parents even in their 30s. It's too expensive to live here. And there is materialistic culture, where you feel pressure to buy the newest trendy things, and people go into debt to have this. It's all very depressing culture. The main aspect of American culture is ignoring how bad everything is. New yorkers live with decaying infrastructure and trash bags everywhere and crazy homeless people and walk around with airpods in and tell themselves that the culture is so good, while they living in an apartment with 2 roommates and work a soulless corporate job. They distract themselves with social media and drugs. All of American culture is distraction: entertainment, drugs, social media, social status. Lots of people also don't even have many friends anymore. US has gotten very bad lately. But as I said, if you have a lot of money, it's a great place. It's not all bad, but most people will agree with me on this. People are really tired and depressed.

43:05 Daniel, my brother… it’s ok to say you were younger and got tricked by government propaganda, and also that the military was the family business. Every American man in your family before you had served, and you did not feel it was right or your place to break that legacy. I am in the same boat, at least one man in my father’s family from each generation had served all the way back to the revolution. I’m a little younger than you, and so I joined knowing ahead of time that I would be going to war. I am glad that I served, and did so honorably for 10 years in the Marine Corps. It is a difficult task to simultaneously be proud of your service and also realize that the people who sent you to war (politicians) are blood soaked monsters who are filled with the spirit of Cain.

It has been a fascination of mine to wonder why some Americans, Canadians, Brits and Western Europeans choose to move to countries like Russia, Poland, and Hungary where the governments are more conservative and have somewhat less freedoms. What I have noticed with all of these Expats who choose to move to these countries is that they are willing to trade their former country who at one time was " best place to live in the world" which is now a country who is at war between themselves in a battle between extreme liberalism and conservatism, where religious people are considered to be the enemies of the state and were illegal migrants and criminals are treated better than the average citizen and there is less and less respect for any type of authority and the public schools are failing more and more. So when an Expat moves to Eastern Europe or Russia. They see a society that has traditional religious values, respect of parents, teachers are still at hand. Where the traditional family is still upheld . These are the trade offs I see Expats are willing to trade " political chaos " to a sence of normalcy and old traditional values....

Very good introspective response: Thank you for your reply. I myself have relatives in a certain Eastern European country and I have been there many times myself and what I have and other have noticed that in the city streets and towns over all have a larger sence of security. You can walk most streets and not have to worry about being mugged. The presence of The police is a more of a positive thing then in The USA. A wise man told me this thought 45 years ago.There are 2 things that will destroy a nation. Extreme liberalism and Political correctness. We are seeing that now in America - that having the virtue of speaking your mind for the good of Normalcy and traditional values can have you loose your job, and turn you into the enemy of the state. "In my opinion only " that speaking up for good and for pointing out the wrong in Eastern Europe & in Russia sometimes takes more time - but now I have noticed the same thing in America Many issues have been so politicized and all of this Political Correctness better known here as "Wokeness" has really slowed down the speed of change... I have a very good friend who's children visited and lived in Eastern Europe on and off as your children- now that they are grown they prefer living in Eastern Europe and have even married there and have children who now speak English and the native language of their country and they told me they would rather live there than move back to the USA 🇺🇸. Their children are more educated, manerly, respectful and full of life and independence. So Mr. & Mrs. Expat America, I commend you and would do the same if I was in your situation but I would go to the birthplace of my parents in Eastern Europe since I speak their language and have relatives there. I really enjoy your channel and videos and narration.

Add to that list the feeling you're not living in your own country any more. When I grew up in the 70/80ies ethnic Dutch were the overwhelming majority in their own country. When I went to school till I was eighteen years old in 1985 there was maybe one non Dutch girl in the entire school for the entire period. And now we're in a situation where the majority of the big Dutch cities are non-Dutch, where ethnic Dutch children are a tiny minority in those cities. Progressive politicians keep telling us we should refugees from across the whole world and when start living here they bring their own tribal wares to our country and set the inner city ablaze when they're fighting amongst themselves. Modern western society is completely f**ked.
