@CreativityZone Hey, if anyone sees this or the maker, its a little bit late. 3 years ago. But when i try it now, the buildings spawn half in each other. and i cant fix it. if anyone has a clue on how to fix it, dont be afraid to help!

Ich bastel ja nur so planlos mit der UE4 rum und habe generell eher Probleme mit Code oder Blueprints, ist so furchtbar unkreativ das Zeuch, aber dein Tutorial habe selbst ich gecheckt. :) Das dann wieder mit meinem anderen Blueprintsgeschnippsel zusammenzuknoten ist schon wieder ein anderes Ding. Du schriebst ja, dass du es gerne verkauft hättest, es aber wegen der Steuergeschichte(Marktplatz) freigegeben hättest, ärgerlich. Damit hättest du garantiert € gemacht.

With the Markers there is no blue print or connection drop down page there is just a slot for numbers what do i put in

I have a friend who thinks the UE4 engine has the best graphics. I prefer Crysis4. I wonder if this can be applied to any other development engine? CE4, Blender, any others.

Are the generated mazes having good static lightmaps? Or is it only dynamic lighting? Are the maze blocks seperate small pieces, or one single big piece?

It's dynamically generated, therefore there can't be pre-rendered lightmaps. With Distance Field Ambient Occlusion and dynamic light propagation volumes, you can make it look just as good. Or, if you really need it to have static lighting, simulate the dynamic maze, then select some tiles and create a single static mesh from it to place in a map with static lighting. At 3:11 you see what the single meshes looks like. It's up to you how big you make these tiles. Unlike other generators, they do not consists of single walls, floors and ceilings, which allows for more control over the outcome and more possibilities.

Have you improved on this at all in the months? I downloaded it and have been messing around with it, but working with other meshes seems to cause a lot of complications. The inability to edit a tile rather than just delete it, rebuild it, and readd it for instance. Also there is some default setting in here that naturally messes up the ability to have a perfectly aligned environment; had removed all the tiles and then added just one to find that the dimensions for the edge of the maze invariably forced my floors into being unaligned. Then you've got the difficulty of bringing in multiple floor, wall, & roof components since you can only select a mesh rather than a blueprint which you can work with through the spawn blueprint function but requires a lot of extra work to try and get precise.

Sorry for this late reply. No, I haven't updated it since I released it. Sorry, that you feel that it's inconvenient to use. Lately I gave up on working with UE4 so if there is anything you want to improve, you have to do it yourself, I'm afraid.

There is a completely new version linked in the UE4 forums thread. Use that instead. And yes, you can make it a static mesh by generating the dungeon in simulate mode, selecting all the spawned static meshes, rightclick and select "Merge Actors".

the one you posted in 07-17-2018 is the newest one, correct? i've browsed the forums like a madman since i just started using UE! i'll keep looking since it does not seem i can convert it to a mesh. when i select the dungeon it marks the whole dungeon and converting to a mesh then gives a weird small tile where several other tiles are mixed in. am i missing something or is it that im just THAT new with UE? hehehe.
