Does this not work anymore? For everyone I have found, it appears that the engine has been updated to disallow this technique.

@@Jobutsu Thank you for your tutorial, however this didn't work for me either (UE5.0.3) - Followed the tutorial exactly. The opacity mask wouldn't appear in the selection list, and wouldn't allow me to drag into location. My extra colour appeared in a different section (global parameters). After pressing apply - my metahuman began flashing black, green and sometimes showed the neck cut out. I had no choice but to delete the Metahuman and re export into UE as the material had changed.

@@billoxiiboy Didn't work for me either for the same reasons. Spent 2 days trying to figure out where I went wrong but I followed it exactly.

@@forgemedia207 It still works even now a year later on 5.4. You're probably running into an issue where your texture has been turned into a virtual texture. Using VTs as alphas is disallowed by default. Either allow it in your projects' renderer settings or turn the texture back into a regular texture with the context menu!
