This is why MMA is my favorite sport the highest of highs and the lowest of lows and the sport never fails to entertain everyone watching and it makes you feel emotions depending on which fighter won, for example when Tony was winning against Chandler Tony fans were on top of the world just to have it all snatched away in an instant it’s heartbreaking but it’s why we all love this sport

I wish you added the recent one, about 2-3months ago some low tier fighter on a fight night got choked out in 2mins, but the fight was dedicated to his dad dying of cancer and this was the last time he would get to see him fight. Now that’s the reaction I wanted to see

Its wild because its easy to diss fighters or almost think of the opponent that is fighting who you are rooting for as less than human in a way. But after seeing their families either lose their minds with a win or cry when they lose, its hard to hate anyone in this sport. Even Tyron Woodley, who is not someone I particularly like, it made me appreciate him more after seeing how his mom reacted to his win. Certainly opens my eyes more. Except Colby Covington, did you see how there was no family/friends reaction to his loss? That's what happens when you backstab everyone you know
