Russian troops are reportedly withdrawing from Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv after weeks of intense fighting. Kharkiv's mayor reportedly said that Ukrainian forces have pushed Russian troops "far out" from the city. Ukraine claims Russia’s main efforts are focused on ensuring the withdrawal of its units from the city of Kharkiv. Experts say the ‘liberation’ of Kharkiv is yet another major battlefield setback for Moscow. One of the Ukrainian fighters trapped in the Azovstal plant said there are about 600 wounded soldiers inside the facility. Meanwhile, Kremlin said Putin has warned Finland that it would be a mistake for Helsinki to abandon its neutral status and join NATO.
