milk - 500 ml.
eggs - 3 pcs.
egg yolks - 3 pcs.
butter - 120 gr.
sour cream - 60 gr.
vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
sugar - 250-300 gr. (to taste) I took 250 and it was very tasty
oil - 30 ml.
yeast - 40 gr.
flour - I take it by eye (according to the recipe, 1 kg-1.2 kg)
egg - for greasing mazurok
