In this lesson we start learning a challenging chord on the ukulele, the Bb (B flat) chord as it uses four fretted notes. I demonstrate two ways to fret this chord one using one finger to fret two notes and the other, the barre finger to fret those same two notes. Remember that time plus effort combined create outcomes and when we put those two things together in our music learning we are sure to get good outcomes. Note: I didn't write down the pick up notes at the beginning of the song, so grab a pencil to mark up your chart for that a I go over it. You might want to circle where the Bb chord is to remind you to play that prior to starting out on this song - looping that area to make it smooth - I call this filling in your musical pot holes. Enjoy your playing and singing.
