I believe if you put the timestamps in the description before any links (or separated from any links, i.e. putting a line with the text "Timestamps:" above them) will make it so that the video timeline is split up into chapters. This is much more accessible and easy to use that scrolling to the description or comment section to skip to different parts of the video. EDIT: Even just a line of dashes will make it work, but I believe it doesn't work if you have a timestamp immediately after a link in the description.

The people in unboxing videos for rugged phones always complain about the flaps for charging ports. The flaps are a NECESSARY feature for many of us who have dirty jobs. Without them, the ports clog up with dirt and dust, and we have to clean them out every time we need to charge.

I realize this video is 2 years old, and who knows maybe you've already Incorporated my suggestion into other videos. My suggestion is when you are reviewing a phone, and you come to the part that demonstrates the speaker, play the same sample audio clip that you use to test the phone being reviewed on a different phone so that people have something to compare it against. You can even blur out the second phone and not tell anybody what the phone is. Anyways thank you for reviewing this phone I've been looking at it for a couple of weeks now.

What I thought mobile phones would develop to: A central unit to attach certain accessories for different uses. Attachable stereo speakers, interchangeable camera lenses, battery extensions, external microphone, oximeter, distance meter, infrared light, remote dashcam, bicycle wheel sensor, projector module, etc etc.

@Timothy Dexter the margins on mobile phones are actually razorblade thin, except for iPhones and some top models of the others. They make eventually money on the quantities. In the US that's entirely different, because a few Telcos control the market. - Create a wireless data interface, industry-wide - Give it free or for a minimal fee to everyone - Produce decent quality attachments, and allow 3. parties to do the same - For those items which draw more power it needs to have a physical connection standard New markets. You could upgrade the mobile but still keep many of those attachments.
@taichiwinchester1102
4 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure but I think the problem is Android does not let you install 3rd party drivers, hence companies cannot come up with accessories like an endoscope that you can just plug into any of your usb c Android devices and expect it to work.
@WirxawTanev
4 жыл бұрын
@@taichiwinchester1102 Drivers can be resolved. People can't be. Manufacturers need to make products that sell to the masses, not to hardly 5% of enthusiasts who write online about camera mods, interchangable battries and whatnot. Thanks to Apple - a large contingent of humans have severely reduced IQ, and that's thanks to Steve, not even Tim. Back in the day we had all sorts of devices that many modern "woah"s look like old stuff, but it was all outclassed. Why? Because Apple has strived for simplicity... and profits. The product needs to be as dumb as possible, the margins need to be as high as possible, and the user must be AS helpless with the product as possible. That mantra has made it billions and trillions and forced the rest of the industry to adapt. Recently - Android has started to challenge Apple, but it still needs to play by the rules, because even the Android users have become complacent. As much as we'd want a capable phone, many more people would just want another Samsung, another Oneplus or another Apple.

I have a family member and a friend with some of these Armor phones and you don't need to use the case that comes with it (It's already really thick, can't imagine with the case). These are phones for those that have dirty and risky jobs, as you can throw putty, rocks, and whatever you want on them and they will only get small scratches on the screen or sides (no joke, they're super durable) Otherwise, I think that for anybody else any other brand like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Samsung or iPhone would be much preferable.
