Cool video! But your choice of interviewer/presenter was a slap in the face to David and his incredible collection. You seriously couldn't pick someone who actually shares some of these experiences and memories? Someone who could have reminisced with him about any of the pieces he showed off, and made the video way more interesting? She literally admits she was never at Shea Stadium. He must have mentally facepalmed when she said that. 😂🙄 Looking forward to more of these in the future, hopefully with better foresight.

I respectfully have to disagree with your opinion here. Part of the reason to share a collection is so people who never shared the experience and memories can see the artifacts and appreciate the history of the past. Museums like the Mets HOF and others attempt not only to preserve memories and experiences for those who lived thru them but also for those who did not and for future generations to come.

@@dslouie4944 I don't disagree but that's completely irrelevant here. There's a BIG difference between visiting a museum to learn about history, and being a reporter sent to do a story about one. If you don't realize that then I don't know what to tell you. Besides, she barely even commented on any of the items he showed off, choosing instead to stick with the interview format. Which is fine but also just so boring. All I'm saying is the video should have been better, and sending a more knowledgeable and experienced person to act on the team's behalf would have been an easy way to make it better. This is the official Mets channel. People expect bigger things from this team now.

I thought she did a splendid job. I’m a Met fan since 1962. Cut her some slack. 😊
