starting this exercise doing it once in the morning and once in the evening my stomach is 60cm wide ill update each week to see how well it works :D

@@juliehirschi7425 sorry I forgot to give updates.. however there hasn't been any significant changes to my body. I think over time though I'll see some small changes. but I think if you want to see drastic weight loss finding a more hard core and thorough workout would be better. hope this helps!
