Ingredients for BBQ sauce:
Brown sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
Ketchup - 7 oz (200 g)
Oyster sauce - 4 tbsp.
Sriracha - 1 tsp.
English mustard - 2 tsp.
Orange juice - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
Apple juice - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
Bourbon - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
Balsamic vinegar - 4 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan: sugar, ketchup, salt, balsamic vinegar, sriracha, oyster sauce, mustard, bourbon, orange juice, apple juice.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil and over low heat, boil halfway through.
This will take about 40 minutes.

Ribs - 2 racks
Dried garlic - 2 tsp.
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp.
Caraway seeds - 2 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Olive oil - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
BBQ sauce
Preparation:
Grind the fennel and cumin.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir.
Add olive oil and stir.
Remove the foil from the ribs, the spices will penetrate the meat better.
Coat the ribs on all sides.
Roast on the grill until cooked through.
Brush all sides with the sauce and grill for another 2 minutes on each side.
