My company has two F150s with two man crews that go out and with a regular bed and smaller ramp setup, they got 36s. They average over 80 yards a week during mowing season lol

Very nice functional design. Great work!! If it was for a lawn care plus tree trimming business, you could build a rectangular enclosed box for chainsaws that sits up high at the front of the bed, or could just be a place for more storage, or some grooves cut for multiple chainsaws. Again great work.

That is absolutely awesome. My biggest concern with trailerless set ups on non-enclosed trailers is they are so easy to steal from and this seems like it would solve it. Can you post an update on how much it cost and how it's worked out for you?
@brassfieldlandscaping

It cost about 1800 to make. We made it all in house. We have used it now 4 years. We have made some modifications over the past 4 years but it is great. They can carry 2 riders and 2 push if needed. Most the time a 48 and has room for 10-12 bags of grass. We have 5 trailerless set ups and 3 with trailers. Every time we add sets ups we do no trailers. 2 of ours of full enclosed and 3 are open

Brassfield Landscaping Oh and I have a wild idea that maybe you guys can test: an enclosed trailer that also doubles as a dump trailer. I mean basically that it has a tall sides (7 feet maybe?) dump but it also has a roof in my head I’m imagining a small shipping container with a top that opens to except gravel or whatever with the ability to dump. And if you want to drive your equipment up in there you can and it will be secure. With the ability to carry maybe a small skid steer or at least a ditch witch/dingo. For that matter you’re driving trucks are awesome but a dumb feature there would also be cool. Maybe I’m just dreaming ha ha keep up the good work!

@brassfieldlandscaping

Han Lin we usually run a 36in and 2 posh mowers. There is room for about 10 bags of grass. I will say we usually only have 2-3 a day cause we mulch Bermuda most the time during the summer. The truck have actually evolved a lot sense we posted this. Even better now.

@@brassfieldlandscaping Can you guys make an update video? Im thinking of trying to add a second crew with some one else driving the truck but i don't love the idea of some one pulling a large trailer all over. I very much like the way you've done this. Id probably use the spot you keep the blower as a large grass clipping container.

Residential Lawn Care this is basically what we used. We did make some pretty elaborate CAD drawing to figure out the force and the angle. We also failed a few times. Now that we have it done we can recreate it over and over. We made files to cut them out on the plasma table.
