For me prioritising waking up earlier and getting my workout done before school/work is #1. Gives me more energy for the rest of the day, also "first battle won" mindset that carries over through the day. Every Monday morning is my best/most focused of the week vs. others i meet that are yawning and tired after the weekend. Great Video Man, love the content!

It is not waking up early that is an actual problem but going to bed at some reasonable time. To many times I just "waste" time by doing g literally nothing, just looking at different things on a net then suddenly its past 2AM! This is really tricky when you work in shifts and you come home around 22:15 and you still want to do "something".

Not only that, but you notice you RESPECT people more and are less likely to even recognize the small hardships that don’t matter in your life. A strict bedtime schedule + waking up early is non-negotiable for me. It singlehandedly changed my life. All my other habits are stacked on top of that. The next best habit I found out is to do something difficult but doable everyday with clear progress goals regarding that habit. In my case, it's running. I have a yearly distance goal broken down into weekly ones. I honestly think there's no better habit combination than those 3. To maintain that sleep rountine I had to fix my diet routine, esp starting afternoons. Not to mention, having to wake up before 5 am means I needs to be in bed early by 8 pm no matter what. Which gives me a legit reasoning to avoid unnecessary parties/night outings, thereby helping me avoid alcohol, drugs, wasting money/time, binging snacks/netflix, games and all other bs. Most of my bad habits were post 3 pm so it eliminated all trigger factors/circumstances for me. And finally, since running can be done first thing in the morning. I can always feel like I did my part everyday regardless of how the day turns out. Add to that, all the health benefits of running and its simplicity as a skill that you can keep getting better over time. An absolute nobrainer! Another plus for me with long runs is how it gives me oppurtunities to explore my surroundings and meet people. Or when I need to, I can simply go run in less crowded routes to empty the clutter in my head and space out for miles :)

Why a list that ONLY makes people afraid to change in general and more specific their routine. As I teach people: start eating healthy on a daily basis and drink water also on a disciplined daily basis. Those two, I mean damn, are the most powerful keys to change everything in the end. For way better! To top that off: Add some volunteering every week (even next to your job) in the long term and you will feel so happy that your simply feel like you're reborn. 100%. How I'd know? Beast videos got me thinking about life seriously. So there's a moral to every story! 😁😉😎👍

Vizualization is a life changer. When I was trying to get ripped, I (unknowingly) always imagined myself being the shredded dude, proud of myself for my achievements. Guess what? It happened. And the vizualization never stopped. You need to see where you're going before you get there, and of course match the vision with action. While I do not necessarily agree w/ the topics you chose to include or exclude (where is exercise, which should be 1st or 2nd Tier ?!!), or the reasons for how you ranked them the way that you did, the fact that you made a video on this topic makes it my favorite vid I've seen of yours to date!! It seems like this will ultimately vary for each individual, as we all have our own goals, strengths and weaknesses, etc. But the concept of identifying key tools, identifying their relative value to each individual, and ranking them is key to efficient gains !!

And yet from time to time, I have douche bags trying to size me up bc they look like shit, or use one of their upsides to downplay me in other areas that I can't change? Have you ever have that happened? And what are your thoughts? It bothers me internally, but I try not to make a big deal out of the mess they try to turn it into. Externally I brush it off like it doesn't phase me because in the end time will keep moving, that shit won't matter, and makes them look like a douche.
